- Keep your artworks out of direct sunlight, excessive dryness, humidity, heat or cold. Try to avoid putting liquid on the frames of your artworks. Do not have sharp objects or any objects that can cause damages near your artworks. Rough handling can damage both the artworks and the frames so please be careful. All of these conditions can affect or damage the state of your artwork in a negative way

- Edges of frames may be sharp. For safety reasons, please keep them away from the reach

  of children.

[Returns and Exchanges]

 - Color of actual merchandise may look different from the picture because of lighting and

   differences in monitors. Returns claiming “the color is not as pictured” are not

   acceptable. Please be sure before placing your order. You may use Q & A to

   consult with us about any merchandise before placing your order.

- Custom or personalized items are not returnable, unless damaged or defective.

- Please submit your return or exchange request on Q & A.

- Refunds and exchanges will be issued within 14 business days of the return delivery date.

  Returned merchandise will be evaluated to ensure new condition before exchange or

  refund is processed.

- You may return the merchandise within 7 days of your delivery date for an exchange or refund in the form of original payment. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. If a return is made because of simple change of mind, returns will still be accepted, but shipping and handling charges are not refundable and customers are responsible for prepayment of all packaging, shipping, handling, delivery and shipping insurance charged.
